Share the main production process of aluminum alloy profiles

The aluminum alloy profile of the raw material of the aluminum alloy box is used as the spare material for the production of the aluminum alloy box, so its production process largely determines the quality of the aluminum alloy box produced. Aluminum alloy profiles mainly include melting casting, extrusion and color three major processes.


1. Melting and casting: The first process of aluminum alloy profile production:


It mainly includes the following three processes:


1. Ingredients: According to the specific alloy * number that needs to be produced, the amount of various alloy components is calculated, and various raw materials are reasonably matched.


2. Melting: The prepared raw materials are added to the melting furnace according to the process requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are removed by degassing and slagging refining.


3, casting: molten aluminum in a certain casting process conditions, through the deep well casting system, cold casting into various specifications of the round casting rod.


Second, extrusion: aluminum alloy profile forming means:


The mold is first made according to the profile product, and the heated round casting rod is extruded from the mold by an extruder. An air-cooled quenching process and an artificial aging process are also used during extrusion to complete the heat treatment strengthening.


Third, color: the extruded aluminum alloy profile, its surface corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of beauty is not strong, usually using oxidation surface treatment.


Oxidation treatment includes the following three processes:


1, surface pretreatment: using chemical or physical methods to clean the surface of aluminum alloy profiles, pure matrix, in order to facilitate the acquisition of complete and dense artificial oxide film.


2, positive oxidation: after surface pretreatment of the profile, under certain process conditions, the matrix surface occurs positive oxidation, generating a dense, porous, strong adsorption film.
